Have encountered that kind of issue sir but maybe you can try wearing both first before turning your device bluetooth. That's what I usually do to avoid miscommunication between the two earbuds.

What to do if the case isn’t charging ?

Have you tried different chargers? If it still doesn't charge, the battery might be the problem and you need to replace it. Try referring to where you bought the earphone.

David Guest Try charging the earbud for a longer time. Does your charging case charges?

Yes the case charges. My other earbud charges fine but the other does not even have the red light lit up when charging

the gold surface on your earphone must be damaged somehow or the case's gold tip may be damaged on the left side

This happened to me months ago. It fixed it self with time but now I have the earphones separated and they wont connect each other.. i mean no stereo just one earphome connected
