I'm 41. Realized all of this late in my 30s. I wish I had your mentality when I was 20. Now at 41, finally debt free, no mortgage payment, and wife and I have a decent retirement accounts but it took me realizing I was wrong on my 20s and some of my 30s and needed to take responsibility. I have 2 teenage kids I'm passing down this type on mentality. You got a good head on your shoulders. Kudos to your parents.

literally 18:41 is a perfect example of not caring about what others think. i always say to my friends "if you think about the last presentation you had in your class, do you remember anyone else's presentation?" and they almost always say no, sometimes ill even ask "do you remember what that person wore yesterday?" and they still say no, it really just shows how little you actually notice and how little people care about others.

Hey Abraham, I joined your discord and have been following you since the beginning of January. I know you post your youtube videos on Spotify and noticed you haven't posted your more recent videos on there. Listening to your podcast keeps me from getting distracted on youtube and allows me to optimize my time better, and I would greatly much appreciate it if you posted more of your recent videos on Spotify. Again, you've helped me so much and I will continue to support you through both platforms. Thanks for hearing me out and I hope you continue to grow on your self improvement journey.

Good stuff bro. Thanks so much for the advices.. I too just turned 20 this January, and as much as I feel like I’m at the peak of my life, there’s still so much missing honestly. the thing about starting a youtube channel is so crucial to me. I’ve dreamed of starting a youtube channel for the longest time but always put it on hold 🥲🥲 I hope I can be disciplined enough to start posting and stay consistent

Great video. Very informative. I just have to things to say: #1: It is a bad habit to place the blame yourself for everything, even if it's out of your control, as you said. This will only lead to unnecessary guilt, & dislike towards oneself. Which will not only activate but exacerbate any mental health problems you already have. #2: There's nothing wrong with "playing the r@ce card" if the situation calls for it. What's true is true. You shouldn't feel like you have to make others feel good by not speaking the truth about your experience with r@cism. This subconsciously plants the belief that their insecurities, & opinions are more important than your feelings & opinions. Which isn't true. If a dog attacks you and you warn everyone else in the neighborhood, it is reasonable because you want to warn others about what the dog did to you so others can be prevented from h@rm. If anyone tells you otherwise, they obviously do not care about you or the people that look like you.

I'm very glad I found your channel. It's great that you can find someone close to you like this from the other side of the planet. Thank you for the video! And happy birthday 🌅
