I need eggs almost everyday and there are canned whole oysters that are relatively inexpensive much less expensive than something like steak or salmon. Having said that I do realize I live on the Gulf Coast and my grandfather worked in the Oyster industry for a while as a shucker so it's not expensive for it to travel to where I live because it's nearby

This is one of the best tierlist ever. Soyboys nowadays eat bland and tasteless eggwhites mixture blended with terrible canned tuna think they only need carbs and proteins to grow their muscle when they are natty. The best combo for the budget I used to eat consisted of pig liver, pig intestines, pig blood sausage, eggs, oysters, porks, vegetables, and fruits. My favorite one is pig intestines although they sound weird and may contain demonic parasites, if cooked correctly they are heavenly good. But remember guys too much of a good thing is a bad thing, oysters are a testosterone cheat code but they contain tons of heavy metals, and parasites and it some of the dirtiest foods that ever existed (expensive or not isn't even matter). I even heard story of some Antarctic explorers getting into some incident so they could only eat their dogs organs to survive, because the organs are too rich in vitamin A they bring on a condition known as “hypervitaminosis A” a condition that causes drying and fissuring of the skin, hair loss, nausea etc... So eating wisely guys and good luck for you all (sorry for bad English)
