For clarity. Anabolic steroids are class C drugs, which can only be issued by pharmacists with a prescription. It's legal to have anabolic steroids for personal use. They can also be imported or exported, as long as this is carried out in person. This means they can't be posted or delivered by a courier or freight service.

Same guy went on to say “I’m on TRT for life.”Honestly one thing I wish everyone was more honest about. Saying you can manage it and get off one day is one thing, but getting off gear is awful. Those months of having super low T after being super high T affects you in a really bad way, and your androgen receptor sensitivity and T-levels may never fully recover.

I had a co-worker when I was in the military that used to compete in bodybuilding and was still taking PEDs which is not tested for while in. He was just about at 20 years in service and was eligible for retirement from the military. He was busted in a sting operation, lost his retirement and dishonorably discharged within a year after that. From what he said, the DEA agents told him they don't normally go after users, but he had bought so much at one time, they thought he was a seller/reseller. So kinda like the UK, just not officially.

I go to a small gym in the UK and I would say that around 75% of people in there are on gear. It isn't a typical gym, but it is one of many similar gyms in my city. Steroid use is off the charts at the moment, and it does take some level integrity and willpower to not take them when in this type of environment.

Very important video Jesse, well done for covering this problem in the UK bro. I would say I've noticed how big older men appear (possibly TRT) and now young kids like 16+ are on some kind of gear. They have incredible physiques and they bro lift in groups all across the UK. I personally believe a lot of people are now on roid, sarms, peptides etc. The majority doesn't want to work hard for 5+ years naturally the gain the mass and muscle. We are now seeing total body composition transformations in the space of 6 months.

It's a class C substance which is illegal to possess and can land you two years in prison or an unlimited fine. However with Anabolic Steroids and this only applies to steroids, you can possess them legally for personal use. But if you're caught with too much then it could go past them counting it as personal use and you could be charged as a potential supplier. UK law is weird sometimes haha

As a NHS doctor, there are many many other drugs of abuse which play a significant part of the pressure on the UK heath service including alcohol, cannabis and other illicit drugs. Definitely have seen many complications from poor administration technique, poor drug quality and even those ending up on intensive care from heart /liver failure. Naturally doctors will not encourage it and probably have a negative view on people who use it, the medical teams will only see the bad consequences of anabolic steroid usage. Great video tho Jesse

It's why sometimes steroid users may experience a detached bicep while performing preacher curls. Search up detached biceps on youtube, pretty gnarly.

Thank you for the video, very interesting to see the difference in openness between the US and the UK PED users. When the subject of steroids being legal to use, but not to sell / distribute, came up, it reminded me of the ridiculous laws here in the US: About 25 years ago, there were cable boxes available to buy that let you watch every channel available. It was legal to sell them, but not legal to use them. Another one that drives me crazy is with Ferrets. It is not legal to own a Ferret in California or Hawaii, but walk into any major pet store in California, and there are all types of Ferret supplies.

Jesse I have been training since 1981 and dont take steroids BUT I have epilepsy from a bicycle accident and have to take a drug worse than anabolic steroids JUST so I can not have seizures and still be able to drive. Its called Keppra..check it out why do you need to know this? Sometimes you have to do / take things to live your life the way you want it. so for me, Keppra and if bodybuilding is your greatest drive in life combined with great genetics, its your choice, I dont have to take Keppra but it enables me to do what I want to do and if taking PED`s is your drug of choice so be it. I`d love to take /run a cycle of Tren but I cant risk it.

The biggest mistake some of the men and women make about taking steroids is not building a foundation or a base. What I mean is train for at least 5 to 6 to 7 years natureually, till you come to a stopping point where you're not getting bigger, stronger. But think ahead of time, 10 years are you sure, why? Companions, ego, what's the real reason 🤔 think ahead of time If you do, do it bit by bit, take time off it, prepare yourself not just physically, but most importantly mentally, your mind is far stronger than lifting big weights
