Look forward to all the recipes in my kitchen. Do you have any recipes for sweet potatoes or yams? At a deli in CA, I had roasted sweet potato wedges drizzled with green sauce and sprinkled with pepitas (pumpkin seeds). I think it may have been green mole. It was sublime.
