Madam Just Confirm If Opening W.C is more than Closing W.C will be termed as Increase in Working Capital and moves to the application of Fund, if Closing W.C is more than Opening W.C it will be termed as Decrease in Working Capital and moves to sources of Fund. Please confirm, whether i have correctly understood.

in your query itself you contradict the term as increase in Working Capital meaning. You had loan to outside party or increase in debtors by sale in credit means your fund is outflow by way stock

No, the other way round. If Closing WC is more, then increase in WC and vice versa.

Mam fixed asset two years in 2010:50000,2011:58000. Adjustment: 1.Fixed assets costing 12000 were purchased during 2011 for cash. 2.Fixed Assets (orginal cost 4000,accumulated depreciation 1500) were sold at book value. 3.Depriciation for the year 2011 amounted to 5500 which has been debited to profit and loss account.
