Pilates x Strength Challenge | Day 10 | Cardio Pilates Workout with Ankle Weights (optional)

This is an under 20 Min Cardio Pilates with ankle weights workout. This is a great low impact routine to get the heart rate up, with no jumping involved. This is an interval style workout where we work for 40 sec on, 10-20 sec rest. This routine is great if you are short on time or would like to add additional movement on to another workout. I encourage you to find a pace that is comfortable for you.. either keep up with me, slow it down if necessary, or move quicker than me if that is what feels good for you.
