Thanks Chris. I find a slower paced Step workout helps even a seasoned stepper practice proper foot placement and body alignment which is sometimes not in your mind when doing intermediate/advanced. It's a good refresher of proper form.

You beat me to it saying this, found it really informative too. Posting onto my business page, I’m sure I have some budding steppers on there. Thanks Chris.

Love these slower paced beginner sessions. Gives me a chance to add a riser for a little challenge for myself ❤

❤Thanks for helping me get back into cardio today! I've been struggling with low energy and weight gain with perimenopause im pretty sure and have had a hard time doing cardio, so this beginner step is a great way to build my confidence again! Even though I've worked out my whole life.❤️

I enjoyed going back to the basics. It’s a nice pace for adding risers to give you a more intense workout if you need that.

Hi Christina, I really loved your step exercise! I went through all of your 62 Tips beginner tutorial and have started doing your step aerobic workout now. You’re right-it’s both a physical and mental exercise. I also appreciate how you include some basic step moves after a few intermediate ones, which gives my brain a moment to catch up and think about what’s coming next! One thing I don’t like, though, is how commercials suddenly pop up in the middle of the class. I know you probably don’t have control over that since it’s a KZbin channel, but I have noticed that in some other programs, the commercials come up during the breaks. Anyway, thank you so much for showing all these wonderful step moves in your classes and making the workouts so much fun! I always feel more energized, both physically and mentally, after each class. 🥰👍🤩

Thank you so much for the comment! I am so happy you are enjoying the workouts!! As for the ads, did they show up in this routine? They should not have. The reason the ads show up is because I use popular music most of the time. When that happens, the copyright owner can put ads in my videos, whenever and wherever they want. So yes, I have no control over it. This particular workout did not have copyrighted music. Can you let me know if there were ads in this one because there should not have been

You absolutely are the best cheer leader for beginners thru advanced for any type of workout. I really enjoyed just getting back to step basics after the dumbbell workout earlier, but what warmed my heart the most were your encouraging words especially at the end of the workout. It makes me look forward to coming back to join the live class tomorrow.

Your tuition for beginners is so encouraging. Ive been doing your intermediate/advanced classes for a while now but I never trust myself with risers for those and so I use these beginner classes to practice using risers at a slower pace so that I dont risk falling flat on my face! I do hope that a lot of people will be encouraged to give step a go and not be afraid to try following your amazing tuition. We all started there at one time and it really doesnt take long to get the hang of it with your guidance and repetition... and it is just so much fun! Thank you 😃❤

I very much appreciate you taking 20 min to do this. I would love to see more of these (maybe one a week) with adding moves such as kicks, up and overs, etc. breaking down a handful of moves from the step aerobic w/o each time. It you make it an actual workout vs a short I will do it ! Question I do have a step but not like yours. Mine is from the previous w/o program I was doing. Does that matter? Oh that spider…….SCARY!
