This was great!! Did it after work. Fast and furious and fun!! The time flew. I used only the base riser (4 inches) as the tempo is quicker than I’m used to but now I’ve done it once I will do again with a six inch step (ie adding one riser) and whoa I bet will be barely able to keep up !! I love all of your step classes but this made a really nice change to have to concentrate on speed rather than complexity. Brilliant sweaty workout that kept us moving right up to the end. Thank you for the endless variety - Im buzzing now. 😄

Oddly enough, my shoelace came untied at the very same minute as yours!! 🤣 And I often know when you're going to "lie" aka change your mind if it feels like there will be enough time for ONE more round!!!!!🤩 I look forward to these moments, because it means I have to save a little bit of energy for that final push..
