I did the whole workout without stopping!!!! I even did the claps and flying kiss in the end lol!! And the best thing was I wasn't even gasping for air like I used to... Yes my heart rate was increased but I loved doing itt!!! Whoever is reading this , don't lose hope , keep working out , do them to get fit , you will get results with time but the feeling of doing a workout effortlessly will make you feel so happyy!!! Fun fact : I was on my day 2 of periods when I did this

to Pamela: i know i’ve written many, many, MANY messages to you about my thankfulness and appreciation towards you in 2020 but the happy sweat is my all-time favorite workout so i want to write something to you because you were the one who made 2020 actually one of the best years for me. 2020 wasn’t easy, actually i was really down in the first half of the year, but then i got to know you in june and that was the first step of this year turning into positivity and optimism for me. 2020 might have been bad for the most people but i can say that YOU, Pamela Reif have made my whole year amazing and i’ll never forget that. while training it’s just you and me, like a best friend. you understand me in a way and help me to go on in this dark world. you’re like a bright little treasure in my life. thank you so so so much. i don’t know what else i could write, there are just too many emotions and feelings which i can’t express, but i want you to know how happy and thankful i am for having you in my life. i never thought a famous person who doesn’t even know me personally could be as important as a close family member or a best friend to me. this isn’t a joke, you’re actually one of the closest people to me in my life. i love you and please stay with me for 2021 as well! 🥺 and then 2022, 2023 and so on. you were the best thing to happen to me this year and i hope you remember me and know who i am as well from some comments, messages, the pam box contest, the christmas video and so on.❣️ i’m so proud of myself, i’m proud of us. let’s kill another year together. love you. bye. ❤️ - Gábor

Yeah I ate a helluva lot of rice today, which is something everyone is warning me away from since it's carb, but I like rice and I also like working out (ac no I only like doing Pamela's vids cuz they're somehow fun, dont tell anyone I called it fun tho cuz I'll lose my lazy rep). I no longer feel guilty whenever I eat, so thank God for that 😅

I actually love this because it has different moves than the "normal" cardios, it's so exciting that I almost feel like I'm at the club and I don't feel like this is a workout

Guys i used to do this workout every day for like two years.. it always felt so hard. for some reasons i stopped working out completely and came to my lowest point in life. than i started running. today , while im still recovering from the past i tried this workout again and for the first time in forever this workout was sooo fun and easy and im telling you im SWEATING!! Guys all i wanna say is, it gets easier and you will make progress if you stick to something. just trust the process and keep going!! xoxo

@@nat98h haha you don't need to stop :D Just try to eat less and don't go over the daily calories your body needs. I still eat sugar everyday but I'm trying to eat like half the portion I used to eat. Eg: just a small snickers bar per day instead of 2. Also I have 1 day a week when I eat none. (and I managed to stay skinny this way)

I can't even keep up! xD i just can't move anymore and stop at 5:28 but STILL so excited and motivated to just keep moving. It started a couple days ago of only putting your video up 1 time a day, and now today i just can't stop watching your video. When this video was first uploaded I really struggled with it. I had to take short break after every 3-4 exercises and was mad at myself for not being strong enought to complete it without catching my breath. But now I can do the cardio with only one break in middle! So if you are like me don't put yourself down because you need a break! Take your time and just do things on your own comfortable tempo. You will become stronger even if it takes you more time than others.

it's currently a Sunday, a "rest day". ive been working out with pamela for nearly 2 months and let me say she's an angel. im at the point where rest days don't exist for me, pamelas workouts are so fun i even do them on rest days. thank you so much Pamela

please keep days without anything (no stretch or workout) to let time to your body (these days help to avoid muscle issues which could be very dangerous and painful).plus, you’ll see more results and it’s healthier for you 💓
