Join me for a 20-minute NON-STOP CARDIO AEROBICS WORKOUT to torch calories and get us sweating. This is a CONSTANT PACE routine with 30 seconds per exercise, featuring two short breaks in the middle. It's entirely standing (wrist-friendly), with no jumping and no squats. We’re going to sweat and improve our coordination. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed.
