Some of them don't need explanation, but it helps to take my mind off of the actual pain. Would you please consider not playing the song that plays during the walkouts? I don't know what it's saying, but it sounds like, "in my feces" which sounds completely strange during the workout. Thank you for understanding!

Great workout. Totally gassed. FYI, when you did the 'punch, punch, hook, hook', it's actually not a 'hook', but an 'upper cut'. Not a criticism, just a minor correction on terminology in case you're interested. :)
