This was SO MUCH FUN!!! Literally, has a total "party" feel to it and 20 minutes FLEW by!!! The music was amazing and the moves and flow of the workout perfect!!! Did this yesterday and just finished it again today, this one is NOT to be missed!! The energy was so positive you cannot do this and not go away anything but HAPPY!!! So FUN!! Thanks for the choreography the music. 🎉 I really appreciate that you choreograph to the beat and to the measures. It drives me nuts when someone doesn’t understand what a down beat is etc. You are always so conscious of where we are in relation to the music. Please do more

This was a perfect active recovery workout! Loved the music, lots of fun and perfect after 6 days of your workouts to get a little sweat in, but not go too hard. Would love to see more of these.

I have been exercising since a teenager in the early 80s when Richard Simmons had his own show. I have to tell you that you are my new favorite workout channel and I am loving your workouts! Please keep the content coming. You're fantastic!

I loved this workout. This is my first choreographed workout in years, and it was perfect for me. I love how it's easy to adjust up or down. It's a fun workout that targets everything and makes me realize what I've been missing. I'm sold. Thank you, Michelle.

Hey Michelle. Thanks so much for this walk to the beat workout. I have been in the process of trying to get back into fitness this year after a near two year hiatus, (think the pandemic, menapause and all the things those two things can do to a person mentally and physically). For a couple months i have been doing a lot of these standing workouts and very easy floor work because my body just can't handle what it could even 3 years ago, due to lower back and hip degeneration and issues with vertigo. Seems if i do anything relatively fast paced it is something like this where I'm not jumping up and down from the floor to my feet. Also, for me, music is ESSENTIAL, and these kinds of workouts have absolutely been instrumental in getting me moving again. Yes, PLEASE do more of these. I think i have done almost all your standing workouts and honestly, they're why I've become a member. 😊 As for the music, enjoyed most of it as workout music goes for sure, especially Unholy. That one's a "banger" as the kids say. 😂 I'm more of a 90's girl myself, (think just about anything from the Yellowjackets soundtrack), so i believe that's the first time I've heard that one. Lol My only teeny tiny criticism would be that sometimes the music drown out your voice quite a bit. Don't know if remixing is still an option at this point, but if so, maybe bring your voice up a little bit. Other than that, loved that you used some newer moves and overall a lot of fun. Thanks! ❤

I wanted you all to get into the music and not so much my voice, that’s why I added the movement word previews. We just filmed another with good music that will come out members early too. I think you’ll really like the music. It’s a standing strength.❤️❤️

I love this workout fave song all ,most fave last one . The,music had me,going and sweating and I used 3 pound dumb bells ,it was rough but enjoyed ,the,music helped . Thank you and makes you happy

This was amazing, I’m so glad I did this today! I was supposed to do day 13, but I got home too late, so I’ll do that tomorrow. I’m always going to love any step to the beat workouts because when I first decided I was going to start working out regularly with no excuses I found step workouts, and I was able to stick with them until I was ready to add other types of workouts. Thank you for being such an amazing coach❤❤❤!!!!!
