Target your CHEST and TRICEPS with this efficient 20-MINUTE, ALL-STANDING DUMBBELL HOME WORKOUT. Loved this workout I used 4kg with it being the first one , could have gone heavier on some of them my max is 6kg atm not bad for 60 💪🏼
