I love these Walk & Tone workouts so much! I'm up to 5 pounds right now and purchased a 7 pound dumbell pair. Progressed from 2 pounds slowly. One day I know I'll get up to 5kg (11 pounds), if I stick with it! Started a little before April I believe and I've gone from 175 pounds at 5'8 to 156. That's almost 20 pounds and counting! Thinking of doing Instagram one day to show my progress. This is coming from someone with an autoimmune condition. Nobody does workouts like her which are low impact but still give you results. This is coming from someone who has tried Leslie Sansone, Jessica Smith, you name it! I encourage anyone who doesn't believe to try it and you will get hooked like me! I had covid and still did a 30 minute LISS workout even when I couldn't do anything else!!! I do the hour plus each day and my health has improved tremendously. Let's go BurpeeGirls ( I call us BG's in my house lol)!!! 🎉❤

So so loved this workout. I love no talking, just show next exercise. I used my 12 & 15 pds on this and it was awesome. Did some high knees, butt kicks, skaters and running for the cardio. Burned 204 calories. Will do more of these. Was my first time and I enjoyed it.
