I love the HIIT format using low impact. It feels so good on my joints and yet I know I am working my muscles really hard! Thank you:) Please do more low impact HIIT!!

I loved this! I've been focusing way too much on physical results (calories burned, etc) and this really grounded me. I didn't wear my apple watch to track my progress, and I'm using my intuition as a means of measurement. I feel so good and happy. This morning was really crappy for me, but this helped me feel better.

I didn’t remember that we typically have to do two series of the cycle, my heart sang a desperate song, when you said, let’s do it all again. But you know what, I feel more energized and warm, and stretched out than before I started, so it was great. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.

At first I thought to myself "just 20 mins? Lemme look for another short video for afterwards" but can I say 20 mins was plenty enough! I was so sweaty towards the end that I stuggled with the last 2 exercises using the forearm planks because my elbows were so sweaty they were slipping off of the mat! Tha ks for another wonderful workout Nicole!

I am so excited try thissss!!! I love your workouts! I have a small request: if possible, could you include lesser squats and a little more knee-friendly exercises instead? Because of my knee injury, I usually avoid squats... Thank you!

This was just what I needed right now, thank you! For an extra kick, I recommend adding a light/medium pilates rubber band around the thighs througout the class - works well with all the exercises!

Thank you so much for this amazing video! I have osteoarthritis in both of my ankles but I am able to do this entire video with complete success and I feel amazing afterward. More low impact HIIT would be so greatly appreciated. 💗

This is my first video of yourse. I really liked how little I had to modify because I have back issues. I will be back. Hopefully, when I get in better shape, I won't have to modify the plank with leg extension.

I got MPFL reconstruction surgery in April! So I’m still in recovery and this is a perfect workout that isn’t too hard on my surgery leg! Thank you! I love the stretching routine afterwards as well!

I am a yoga teacher and I love how you incorporate some divineness at the beginning and end of your videos. I am so happy to have found you! I am in California and you are a lifesaver, my body is getting so strong! Can you comment about yoga, I taught (before covid) for years mostly yin/restorative and I think I was doing so much stretching and not enough strength? I began having issues with my hips and legs, knees too. I decided to do pilates to strengthen but was apprehensive because it was not my favorite thing, but I found you and have been doing your class about 5 times a week! Do you do retreats? I would love to come!

I have been doing your workouts all year and LOVE them! I am now pregnant so i have to be a little more particular with what exercise i do - I really loved this workout because i need to do low impact but still wanting to get some cardio in. this was great! thankyou!!

Oh wow!!! I usually have super hard hiit routines and thought this would be more on the recovery side. I was wrong!!! Delightfully low impact but I DEFINITELY sweated so much! Thank you Nicole 🙂
