Honestly, didn't think I could do it, but . . . .I did it! So helpful for my very aging body.

After 4 weeks of knee injury recovery, this is my first workout back and I love it. I am building strength slowly.

I Loved this, it looked easy, ( I like to preview my workouts 😄) However, it was more challenging than I anticipated. I'm hopeful the more I do it, the better I'll get! Thank you so much

This first part with the knee raise and toe raise alternately felt like a nice strength exercise. The swimming pose I felt was very good with the slower pace when alternating arm and leg, but at a faster pace it felt as if too much movement was happening. That could be reduced if I had a better level of strength I would guess. The bear hug I felt fitted well with the other poses, but I think I wanted to hold it longer :) Alternating it so often with the downward dog felt too simple or easy. The end plank with dropping alternate knees was also very nice. Interesting movements which increased the impact of each pose. Thank you Isa and Noah. Perfectly explained and expertly demonstrated.
