a nice workout as usual. i found that 40 min is just right for me, not too long that i really have to motivate myself to do it, not too short that i feel the burn is not enough.

This was great! In a hotel room with not much space so I had to turn my towel a few times. Loved that you just kept going!

This is a great intense workout in 40 minutes! I had a couple of painful moments towards the end but I pushed through. A good challenge. Thank you very much for your amazing classes! Wishing you all the best.

another fiery one! 🔥 was a struggle for me after not working out for a few days. just laid down on my mat at one point 😅 but managed to complete it in the end

I love it😍 maybe you could do a 2 week Program to tone the full body with daily workouts or a monthly calendar to get the best tone body results.would be great👍👌

Hey Erika, thanks a lot for your comment and tip! Yes I am still figuring out how I want to create my voice overs, as some people like it when I don't talk as much (so they can focus more on themselves and the movement), while others enjoy extra cues :) I am looking for something inbetween :) But I will keep it in mind for next time :) Thanks a lot for letting me know and have a great day!

Thank you Stephen, happy to hear that 🤗💪🏼 I do have a quick and no equipment 15 min chest workout on my channel, as well as a longer (40min) upper body workout with weights. However, I plan on making more upper body pilates workouts (also with weights) which target the chest muscles even more 🤗
