I have been coming here for about 3 weeks 4x a week…and I LOVED today’s session. The quicker movements and incorporating more upper body is what I need. May repeat this one for this week other 3 sessions. Thank You Issa! ❤

THIS CLASS!! I won't lie and say I almost didn't do this class because I still find the beginner's classes challenging as I keep working on making sure my muscles are engage properly and that's literally a constant power flow in itself 😅 But this was an amazing all level class that really made me feel like a goddess afterword. Your beautiful energy and brilliant Pilates mind always makes the classes worthwhile and a nice treat to myself for the day 💚 THANK YOU SO MUCH, ISA!!

I've been doing your workouts since I wrenched my back very badly 1 year ago this April. Now I can feel my core and even see some definition- for the first time in my 48 years of life. While I'm still mostly sticking with Beginner classes (20-25mins 5x wk!), sometimes I do longer ones or try Intermediate, which is a nice challenge. Thank you for all you do and offer. My only suggestion for the power pilates workout would be to describe the movements better, as I often found my self contorting to try and see the screen, which took me out of the experience, so I had to keep rewinding a few seconds in order to get the full work out. Regardless, I will be doing this one again!! Thank you, I appreciate you so much.

The hardest part of working out is following the breathing- as someone with permanent stuffy nose due to allergies, I can never “in through the nose out through the mouth,” it’s always just intense mouth breathing 😂 excellent workout!

Chiming in, if you don’t mind 😊 I’m also a beginner. The advice I was given is to do workouts with same/similar movements until you’ve mastered them. Once you’re comfortable you should add new routines with some different movements
