Claudia I haven’t worked out in months due to depression and no motivation but this was so relaxing and the perfect way to re introduce myself to exercise. I swear to you, I haven't worked out for a year because of a long grief. I used to use your previous training a lot and it helped me a lot. As I'm out of shape, I didn't want to risk too much. Just want to say that knowing you have done Melissa Wood Health for a while (as have I) I think it’s important to give her credit for a majority if not all of the moves/flow in this workout it’s almost identical to her Pilates flows which is definitely distinct and just think it’s important to credit her while also letting others know if they want to continue with such workouts! Tried pilate for the first time with this video. Thank you so much ! I feel so great right now. I just got back from big sunburns on my body and was a bit scared to mess these up again but that was amazing ! It's so long since I've felt so good doing exercises at home. I'm doing volleyball in a club normally but still work out at home and after 3 years of HIIT workouts, I was getting a bit tired of them and got no motivation to get through them. Thanks again for doing this beginner video, even tho it is for beginners I still felt it !!

been watching your first workout vid religiously for days and knew another had to be coming some time! this is definitely a better 'before bed' vid while your first is faster and gets a sweat (lol always at the hip bridges) and is best for 'after waking up'. perfect morning/night everyday full body workouts! seeing the most improvement in shape/tone of arms and thighs and even ab definition. honestly the only workout vids ive ever realistically been able to keep up with and have. if ur gonna make more, can suggest/would love ones for specifically toning arms and also abs. love from miami!!
