I used to ALWAYS give up other workouts. But there’s something about you that make me want to be the next day so I can workout again😍 and as a pcos woman I love the mild sore body afterwards. Other workout got me in so much pain and I couldn’t move at all, but your workout videos are amazing and you are amazing, thank you for giving me this opportunity to have a healthier and stronger lifestyle 🥹🥰♥️ big love from a mom of two from Sweden😍🥰♥️ Ps. Hey lovely, great idea! Have you upped the weights you are using, that will increase the intensity of the workouts. Lift heavier weights than I do as mine are only for demonstration purposes.
