Hey Roxanne, just wanted to let u know I love ur kettlebell workout videos. I've had back problems since my son was born 7 years ago. It's been a journey getting my back in working order. The last piece was my back cramping up when I would sit for hours at a time to work. Physical therapy stretches weren't doing anything so I decided to try kettlebells I mean why not couldn't hurt! After 2 months the cramping got better, then on month 3 I noticed the cramping was gone! I'm no super athlete by any means but I do my best to get in 3 kettlebell workouts a week using ur videos. So thank u so much for posting them. Please keep it up!

Wow Sarah, I’m so glad to hear your back is feeling better. Staying active and moving regularly to break up the sitting is important. Remember to listen to your body if any pain starts to return. Keep smashing the workouts, great effort 👏🏼

Loved this one!!! I especially how liked how you did several of the upper body moves from a standing kneeling position. I had to drop down to a baby dumbbell for the weighted clams and the single leg bridges, but I even did the plank hold at the end (without the KB). Thank you!!! ETA: I always LOVE no repeats, too!!!

Hey lovely, great work! If you are only doing this workout, I suggest 4 times a week having a rest day in between. However this workout is focused on shoulders, back and glutes, which is great if you want to focus on these areas but ultimately you want a balanced physique and adding in another workout for the rest of the body would be great.
