hello. I have been following your dumbbell shoulder / arm routines for over 40 days ( 5 days a week with 2 off ) I am struggling to see even the slightest of toning in my arms; shoulders. I am using 10 and 12 lb weights ( 12 is challenging to me )

I agree 100%! Exercise has been important for me all my life, but I've never felt as strong or as confident as I do now. I'm continuing to see physical results as I grow stronger and am able to increase my weights. I think my improved strength and definition also comes from the variety of exercises, the combination of muscle groups targeted, and the repeated staples (of exercises I would NEVER repeat on my own so many times). So today I have completed a double shoulder day. I decide to do another one of Carolines shoulders sessions before tonights NEW release and then this popped in and it was more Shoulders 🤣🤣🤣 so I kept going . These supersets with 10kg DBs are just fab and I love how they pump your shoulders. I knew the shoulders would be done for the Plank but you gotta do what ya gotta do. And I did 3' 15. I really hope everyone else is buzzing as much as I am after these workouts.🤩🤩🤩 FAB Caroline 💯 loved it

I have been looking for YEARS for dumbbell weight training workouts. Lots of cardio but I find weight training works better for me. I finally found them. Your workouts are AMAZING! I love that you concentrate on dumbbells and workouts without having to have tons of equipment or have your videos be in a gym. Those can’t be replicated at home. Thank you and keep the videos coming! Now that I found your dumbbell workouts I am way more consistent in my exercise routine. Thank you!

You have soooooo many videos it was hard for me to get into a routine. i want to build muscle and do cardio but i feel like i dont have time to do both so i usually end up missing a body part. SO im trying something new. ive been doing your full body HIIT videos and then pairing them with an upper body weight work out one day then a lower body weight the next. I always include ABs and Booty everyday so im going to give this a shot. Thank you for all that you do. i can only imagine how much work and time it takes to do these videos not to mention your private work outs and having a family. you are the best and youre probably tired of hearing it but also beautiful thank you again

Right now I am doing dumbbell shoulder press so I can learn from this video. You are doing super sets which makes the workout harder. I like the way you use a variety of exercises to achieve the desired result. Your form is very good. Your shoulder development is really good.I love that you smile even during the routine. This is an amazing workout again. Did it after a power walk and your lunge workout (loved it as well) With plank I am a beginner, did 1 minute last week , this week trying to reach 2. Not there yet. What a super shoulder killer this one , really amazing! Thanks!!

Hey Caroline, I have been upping my exercise at home because of Lockdown and although I have been doing weight training by watching videos, I also stumbled on yours for the first time and Yoh!! they are really challenging and make me sweat!!; but I love them and love how you show how to stretch after and always correct the posture for each exercise. I have been wanting to target my arms and shoulders to get good definition and I'm really impressed with how you do it so a big thanks to you! I'm hooked! :)
