Just tried this now, great workout!!!! I've been following you since November 2023. Started with the 30min kettlebell workout for beginners. Now gonna try to be more consistent using your program to improve my strength for running and of course hopefully a more toned body!

Really got my heart rate up. I did have some problems with how quick the transition time between the first move in each set and going to kettlebell swings, however.

I love your workouts. I’m a beginner. I noticed that you alternate between two during your workout. What are the lbs/kgs?

Thanks lovely 😊❤️ the first set I use for most of the workout are 4kg then for the last exercise I switched to a 3kg. Make sure though to use a suitable weight that you can complete the exercise with proper form 🔥💪🏼
