I’ve been doing the 75 Hard challenge, and this in combo with short yoga sessions has made me feel so strong and fit. I loooove this workout and keep coming back to it multiple times a week.

I love the music, the aesthetic, the small breaks, everything! it’s so nice for the body AND mind! :) I would loooove if you also made a suspension trainer/ TRX workout in this apartment friendly style, it’s almost impossible to find a nice one on KZbin and I miss them so much since the lockdown began and gyms closed!

My gosh, thank you for this so much! I was diagnosed with polyneuropathy affecting my legs and although I have been healing well I still cannot seem to be able to do high-impact exercises or jump properly just yet, so I am very grateful for your videos since you usually have the low impact version included (I always click on the 500-calorie cardio one, haha)! Thank you a lot, love your videos and your energy. Out of them all, I love your set-up and exercise combination and the sequence at which you cross to the next set of movements the most. The reason I need no jumping hit workouts is because I got a concussion a while back and when I jump or move around too much I get dizzy and light headed so this is really helpful
