This has to be the best workout video ever made. It was actually relaxing, I didn't feel pressured by anyone yelling, the music was calming rather than anxiety-inducing, and the dog was precious. Not to mention, the fact that it was so aesthetically pleasing motivated me to do my best and finish the entire work out. All I can say is thank you so much for sharing what can only be called a work of art!!

Holy crap I actually made it through! I used to be fit but recently lost my motivation and stopped actively working out so I'm out of shape a bit and have been looking for something new to try (I mostly do chloe ting or Gabriella whited's workouts). This was a pleasant surprise and it didn't make me feel weak and worn out in a bad way, I feel sweaty and amazing!! To anyone reading this dont beat yourself up over your strength or body image, we all change every single day so you will NEVER be the same you from yesterday so build on that and create the best you you can be today 💖 (makes sense right? 😅)

When you said 'intense' you were not joking and I am and I work out regularly. You had me until the lunge kicks. When it got to 12 secs on the clock both legs gave way on both sides. I have never experienced my stomach having a heartbeart. Amazing workout!!!!

I've had such a hard time finding a workout video I actually like, and this one is it for me!! I love that there's no instruction or chatter during the workout, and I can actually just motivate myself. The workout slowly works you up from doing more aerobic exercises, to squat exercises, to plank / core exercises. Also love the visuals - so calming. I'm adding this to my daily routine!

I am a bit sick but now I definitely feel better (: Just a small note: it would be great to see the upcoming move for the whole 15 second break because those 5 seconds are a bit too short to adjust. day 1: 10 minutes day 2: 15 minutes day 3: rest day day 4: 20 minutes!! omg im so tired day 5: almost 22 mins. hoping to get to 25 next time! im DRENCHED IN SWEAT!! day 6: rest day day 7: 26 minutes! im a sweaty mess but im hoping to finish the vid tomorrow!! okay so i stopped doing this for about a week due to personal reasons as i was not feeling up to it. But im back! this morning i could only manage 7 minutes but thats okay as I know how to listen to my body. hoping to do more tomorrow!

Perfect workout for when you have sore calves, and I was still surprised at how intense it was compared to other no noise workouts which normally bring down the intensity, definitely recommend! For anyone wondering: I am 16years old, height: 5,3 weight:57kg I burnt 250 calories x

This is one of the best home workout videos I've ever seen. It has good transitions between every group of exercices for every muscles that makes it challenging but enjoyable. This is perfect for those days where you're busy, or feel embarrassed when working out. You can make it harder/easier when you feel like it, I personnally add push ups when doing the upper plank part. PERFECT FOR LOCKDOWN !

Very nice and intense practices Rachel! It is good to sweat a bit without necessarily having to jump (poor knees). Very nice to have all the information clear on the video with the audio clues and smooth yet energetic music. Wow! What an amazing workout! I am a 50yr old guy getting back in shape and this is what I was looking for! I dont think that any muscles in my body was not worked on this training! I have been subscribed to commercial workout platform and this workout beat them all for a whole body workout! I started this exercise a couple days ago (22.10.2021) and it's gotten a lot easier to do on day 3. I am going to update weekly until new year. At this moment I am 79.8 kg. I will try to write weightloss in kg and measurements. Wish me luck!

I can't believe I actually did this! Total killer! The soundtrack is awful (not my taste at all) but the workout overall was well worth it. No annoying people shouting at you, someone showing you how to do each move all the way through, countdowns and so quiet. I love this! I liked the workout very much and have just subscribed. I always prefer e low impact hiit workouts or at least modification. I like to work hard, sweat, make muscles sore but not to die after it and that is exactly what I love. There are many workouts on KZbin which are really demanding plus hard on knees with lots of explosive jumps. But they are for healthy young people with a really good condition. So that your workout is 4rverybody Thanks. More like this please!
