I’m grossly out of shape and overweight and lack energy and motivation. You take the stress and nonsense out of HIIT. There is no reason to jump and injure oneself to get fit. I’m sweating as much as I have sweat with that other stuff. Thank you.

THE SWEAT IS REAL!!!!!! tbh i wasn't sure if I'm going able to finish this till the end but i did!!!!! and I'm so happy about it!!!!!!!! I'm not going to lie and say that this was so fun and i enjoyed it bla bla bla but I'm happy that i did this workout. I'm not very flexible and neither as fit as Rachel (i prob looked like a clown) but i did my best to complete it and I'm proud of it!!!!!! (omg me saying this feels so weird). if u wondering if u should do this workout, i highly recommend it! of course try as much workouts as you need and find the one/s that doesn't make you give up. i found mine and i will try to do it 4 times a week + other workouts + 10.000 steps. good luck to everyone who is trying to lose weight or build muscles or just trying to be fit!!!! please keep in mind (and i should too) that you're beautiful the way you are
