literally perfect. - no unnecessary talking, straight to the point - my body is drenched - classical HIIT moves - nice nice nice editing - great 45 secs work 20 secs rest its great combo atleast for my level!! 10/10 YOU GO GIRL!

I think I've done this like 7 times now, I keep coming back. Great intensity in record time. Great to do this plus two other 5 min segments and call it a day lol.

This is the perfect little workout to do during my lunchbreak. My TA and I do it just before lunch every Tuesday! We call you "quiet girl" because you just get on with it!! We adore this workout and you! Thank you!!

i love this workout! it’s feels easy but by the end of the workout i was sweating and my heartbeat was racing. definitely gonna try more workouts from this channel

This workout is amazing Every move is easy but effective. She's cut every time I wanted to quite and show some peaceful images. And it's short so could push myself who has very little emerge. Thanks Rachel!

I love this! I'm sure I'm gonna sweat and I'll use this when I'm not in a mood for jumping or cardio. Can you do a workout vid for when you're in that time of the month?? I find it hard finding some good videos

I've been doing this exercise for a month, I absolute love it. It's not easy nor difficult, the song choices are great and it makes you sweat like a PIG! So rewarding at the end. Thank you Rachel!

Wow, loved that! On the road right now and was trying not to disturb the neighbors. 72 active calories burned and 89 total calories according to my Apple Watch. THANK YOU!

Just what I needed today! Haven't been working out, part form tennis, for a while and this was a great start. Love how there is no talking and also the popup that shows the next exercise coming up. Will definitely do this a few times a week.

Really enjoyed this HIIT! Going to save it for my next 2 weeks of HIIT! Well paced, straight forward videos, and even though I got tired (yay, anemia) I still tried to stick with it! Will watch more of your videos for sure!

I had to subscribe. That was an awesome no repeat hiit. It brought ALL THE HEAT, ALL THE SWEAT, ALL THE DEEP BREATHES and it didn’t hurt my joints, my back or my feelings. 😂 I can’t stop sweating and I feel like a MONSTA,! I am so ready to take this day on!! Thank you!

Did this after the 20 minute choose your own adventure & now I’m about to do a 10 minute arm workout then finish off with your split stretch video. You’re honestly my new favourite! Literally been a godsend during my weightloss/fitness journey.

today is my first time doing this, i’m a beginner and i never liked hiit workouts. now if you’re thinking about doing this just do it! at the end i was sweating but it felt great. this is perfect for beginners because it’s not hard neither boring

I’m grossly out of shape and overweight and lack energy and motivation. You take the stress and nonsense out of HIIT. There is no reason to jump and injure oneself to get fit. I’m sweating as much as I have sweat with that other stuff. Thank you.

for whoever it may help cos it helps me: 1. standing crunches + toe taps 2. squat reaches 3. lateral prisoner squats 4. squat + standing crunches 5. modified jacks 6. knee drives L 7. knee drives R 8. modified switch kicks 9. heismans 10. squat twists

THE SWEAT IS REAL!!!!!! tbh i wasn't sure if I'm going able to finish this till the end but i did!!!!! and I'm so happy about it!!!!!!!! I'm not going to lie and say that this was so fun and i enjoyed it bla bla bla but I'm happy that i did this workout. I'm not very flexible and neither as fit as Rachel (i prob looked like a clown) but i did my best to complete it and I'm proud of it!!!!!! (omg me saying this feels so weird). if u wondering if u should do this workout, i highly recommend it! of course try as much workouts as you need and find the one/s that doesn't make you give up. i found mine and i will try to do it 4 times a week + other workouts + 10.000 steps. good luck to everyone who is trying to lose weight or build muscles or just trying to be fit!!!! please keep in mind (and i should too) that you're beautiful the way you are
