For anyone who doesn’t have a mini ball - I used a yoga block and it worked great! Doesn’t have the squeezing aspect but it got the job done :)

You can absolutely still enjoy the class without a mini ball so here are some tips for those of you without one. 😊 - During the section with the ball behind your back, simply perform all the same movements lying flat on your back. - When the ball is in between the thighs, focus on squeezing your thighs together or you could use a pillow instead. I hope that helps! Lots of love xx

i did this one yesterday and trust me - it's challenging, yet very nice structured as always. + my abs are so sore today haha actually finding the balance with the ball is the big difficulty here, but with all the wonderful instructions of nicole, you can really activate your abs and get to feel your deep core muscles worked so well! i highly recommend to give it a try. thanks to nicole for the great work.♡

Very much enjoyed this workout! I didn’t have a ball and used a foam roller instead and it worked. These are all the same exercises my physical therapist gives me for my back! Thank you, Nicole, for another lovely video! xx

Fan for life. The music is matched well to the workout, the backgrounds are calming & Nicole is the clearest instructor there is to follow so you can really let your mind go into the routine and connect with your body. The flow of each workout is always perfect, bringing you to intensity and then switching to different or adjacent muscles so you don’t over-fatigue any area. Cherry on top, mixing Nicole with a little cardio daily & my body looks amazing. What more can you ask for ❤

So far, I wasn't fond of ball workouts. Last time, I borrowed my son's football and it was a bit hurtful 🤕. This time using a toy beach ball, I realized how joyful mini ball workouts can be. 😎⛹‍♀ Thank you, Nicole ❤!

My mini ball arrived in the post on Friday so I got to do this workout for the first time. It's taken the workouts to a new level. I love using the mini ball. I'll need to keep working on this one to get through the entire video without a break. Great core workout. Thanks Nicole.

Just the other day I thought my pilates ball was quite deflated. Perfect reason to get it back into shape. Now just waiting for my cold to subside and then I'll get on it. Looking forward to it!

Instead of a miniball a 3lb dumbbell! Except when i need to push the ball, i dont use it i just press the floor. But i tried holding it between my legs doing the toe taps and it worked my core like crazy 🔥

I didn't have a ball so I took a cushion instead and I was able to do all the exercises. especially work the inner thigh muscles which is very good! thank you again for constantly renewing yourself 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Nicole hace mucho tiempo que te sigo aquí. Y me puse muy contenta cuando descubrí que también tenías otro canal en español. Este entrenamiento me ha parecido muy original. Me encantan los entrenamientos en los que utilizas banda elástica, pesas o pelota porque se añade una dificultad extra. Incluso algunas rutinas que tienes sin material yo se lo añado. Mejoré mucho mi elasticidad y fuerza contigo. Pero lo más importante es que no me da pereza hacer tus rutinas porque no son estresantes y luego siempre me siento mejor. ¡Que tengas un feliz día!

I used a slightly deflated beach volleyball And it worked. And it's a good workout to do it twice. Usually i don't but i this case it felt like it
