Get ready to work your core in this 20 Minute Total Core Pilates Workout. You could do this workout on it's own or combine it with one of my other workouts for a full body burn. All you need is yourself and a mat, no equipment needed. I hope you enjoy it! 😊

I've been doing this core series (followed by a leg or arm workout) every morning for two months now and I've never felt or looked better in my life, it's weird telling this to a random person on the opposite side of the globe but I owe you a lot, thanks for the terrific work Nicole!

I discovered your channel two and a half weeks ago and this is probably the fifth or sixth workout that I am doing of yours. I feel stronger, I'm staying in poses longer, and I can already feel the difference from before to now. I absolutely love that you emphasize correct form, breathing, and technique. Not to mention, your creativity is off the charts. Kudos to you. Damn, I am really impressed with you, queen.

I started out with Yoga videos and some how fell into your videos about 4 months ago. The change in my body is incredible !! I never thought id have a flat tummy and toned arms! At first your videos seemed too difficult but now I can make it through to the end and after 20 mins I feel Ive gotten more than most 60 min work outs. Thank you!!!

I used to do Pilates regularly before having my first child back in 2012 and finally rediscovered my love ... these have been challenging especially the side planks whew didn’t realize how weak those had gotten. Thank you so much for your content!

I love your guidance throughout the video...this was a tough one !It's my second time doing pilates (first time was last week with your full body pilates video which included a body warm up and cool down) Ive been weight training for 8+ years and I have been feeling very unmotivated lately.... I decided to switch things up and try pilates and I absolutely fell in love with your peaceful energy and brilliant guidance. Whenever I felt like giving up, you cheer me up by saying " well done" or "only 3 left, 3,2,1 good job!" :D You make me feel so gracious even tho I am sweaty and dying within 3 mins of your workouts! lol! I have always wanted to do Pilates but didnt know what instructors that I could resonate and connect with. You have such a wonderful and grounded voice which was amazing, and boy I feel so unfit with Pilate classes. I normally do weights, HIIT and yoga but this definitely was challenging and amazing. I've only recently found your workouts and I absolutely love them! You can make them quick with no equipment or longer with bands but they're always intense. Perfect for traveling and fo home! Thank you!
