Chris, this was perfect for what I needed today. I used to avoid "HIIT" style workouts generally, because I'm an aerobic cardio queen, and HIIT always seemed tough and scary to me. However, you make everything doable and fun, regardless of how difficult or intimidating it is. I really appreciate this about you, and I definitely come back to this workout in the future.

I was thinking eh 20 minutes shouldn’t be too bad. It was a tough 20 minutes but it was fun! I definitely felt my legs and glutes from the earlier workout. I really love HIIT. It goes by so quickly. I want to save this one for another day and go through it twice. Thank you so much Chris! I like being challenged. That’s where the change happens 🎉

I tend to shy away from these 20 minute HIIT classes because I know they will kick my butt. I was feeling brave so gave it a go. Glad I did. It was intense and difficult, but was over quickly and I feel accomplished and happy I did it! Thanks Chris! 🫶

I loved this workout the moves were great and I immediately broke a sweat. Do not let the length of time fool you people this is a killer 🙌 Chris I know you had to turn the comments off on the workout with Guy but I want to give him a shout out. I haven’t tackled advanced step yet but I have studied some of the videos and he seems like such a sweet, kind and genuine man and also a hell of a good instructor! 20 minutes! Pros : you're done in 20 minutes. Cons: 20 minutes was never-ending 😂. I know there are advantages to those types of workouts, but I failed to embrace that fact while struggling to breathe. I guess that means I need to do more of them?
