Chris, this was perfect for what I needed today. I used to avoid "HIIT" style workouts generally, because I'm an aerobic cardio queen, and HIIT always seemed tough and scary to me. However, you make everything doable and fun, regardless of how difficult or intimidating it is. I really appreciate this about you, and I definitely come back to this workout in the future.

That was a fun, short workout for a quick burst of energy! I'm out of 'synch' this week, doing a mix of after party and live classes, but it's great that the option is there! :) Appreciate all you do for us!

I was thinking eh 20 minutes shouldn’t be too bad. It was a tough 20 minutes but it was fun! I definitely felt my legs and glutes from the earlier workout. I really love HIIT. It goes by so quickly. I want to save this one for another day and go through it twice. Thank you so much Chris! I like being challenged. That’s where the change happens 🎉

I tend to shy away from these 20 minute HIIT classes because I know they will kick my butt. I was feeling brave so gave it a go. Glad I did. It was intense and difficult, but was over quickly and I feel accomplished and happy I did it! Thanks Chris! 🫶

I haven't done step in years but saw my step sitting in my workout area and knew I wanted to find a quick step workout and man did I get sweaty in this 20 minutes. It was great and loved your energy! Will be back for more :)

20 minutes of step/HITT .....full body sweat. Nothing beats that. I LOVE step/HITT days. Thank you Chris. (I'm gonna have to up my monthly support. In just 8 weeks I've gone from "I can't jump, I'll just modify" to "Oh boy, jumps!!!")

I loved this workout the moves were great and I immediately broke a sweat. Do not let the length of time fool you people this is a killer 🙌 Chris I know you had to turn the comments off on the workout with Guy but I want to give him a shout out. I haven’t tackled advanced step yet but I have studied some of the videos and he seems like such a sweet, kind and genuine man and also a hell of a good instructor! I am so sorry people made negative comments, especially on a free workout. I hope he comes back soon and thank you Guy for all you do on the channel! Love this. I love the shorter workout cause I can mix and match if needed today I did the 15 shoulder from recently. A 15 min abs from last week and then this. This workout is also great by itself for after work to get my heart rate up. Thanks Chris!

20 minutes! Pros : you're done in 20 minutes. Cons: 20 minutes was never-ending 😂. I know there are advantages to those types of workouts, but I failed to embrace that fact while struggling to breathe. I guess that means I need to do more of them?
