This was definitely an arm burner, trying to incorporate my 15’s without hurting myself. Mostly used my 12’s, and had to go to 7’s for the seated move. Thank you Chris and Vanessa. Will do the ab workout tomorrow along with a stretch video. ❤❤❤❤😊

Great workout! I thought ‘35 minutes shouldn’t be too tough’ - when will I ever learn? They’re all tough - as they should be! I love when Vanessa is on.
