Linda, I can't thank you enough for these seated cardio plus workouts. It's amazing how high the heart rate can get seated. Still behaving my plantar fasciitis and you have saved my sanity. These are so well thought out and executed ❤

I enjoyed this workout so much. Yesterday, I did a mobility workout that fried my hip flexors so wanted to take it easy on the legs. I used 2kg dumbbells and felt a nice burn in the arms and shoulders.
