This one works focus and balance and is a different video I will do to challenge my balance. Several of these were quite tricky and I could not do many fast for cardio, I just had to work on balance slowly, which is important! A good different video

I love this!! I added extra the second circuit with 3 pound weights for the above the head arm work with the leg raises front and side, and gave myself a balance challenge with the etetude mini ron de jambs (please forgive the ballet french) by doing them on a yes4All standing balance board- with a hand on a surface. Amazing! 💕 You can pack a lot into 20 minutes!! Love from PDX!

As I always say in all my vids, if you don’t have the hamstring flexibility to stretch your legs all the way that’s okay…just as long as you’re striving to lengthen your legs as long as possible. Hello dear Désirée. I'm really frustrated since one month. Hurted myself during the HIIT, i heard a crack on my right knee, since then i have a kind of stiffness outside the knee. Couldn't even do the pigeon posture. Hope that i can do this workout with no jumping tomorrow. Thank you always. 💖

You might glisten but I'm pouring. Straight up. I wish you could do more standing-my body has a hard time on the floor and I really am committed to making change in my physical self. Also, I modified the legs straight out to high knees with the same twist because those were pulling my lower back, and same with the last move, I modified to those one-legged figure8 moves with the opposing leg in the air "around" the standing leg. I hope for more standing and some mention of modifications!

Be sure to check out my beginner playlist…I know floor work can be challenging, but it’s really great for building strength & flexibility/mobility in a very low impact / joint friendly way. Remember, practice makes PROGRESS. There’s nothing wrong with modifying as long as you keep moving…if you’re consistent, over time you’ll see & feel the positive changes!
