I love your standing yoga series. I would love to see another 20 one including more balancing poses. Thank you so much for creating these series. I have a knee replacement so I cannot kneel on the mat. These are perfect.

I came across your channel for the first time today! I’m currently living in a woman’s shelter and my entire life has changed in a short time. It’s been an overwhelming experience but day by day I’ve been trying to bring more peace and safe feelings back into my mind+body. Yoga is something i was able to do before this, but not having a mat or space to do a flow has been hard. This morning I was able to do your standing practice and it made me feel SO good! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

Hello from the United States. Uliana, while searching for standing yoga videos, I found you. Thanks for the ease and effort of your classes, and sending positive energy into the world. You have a comforting voice. By the way, I am 73 years old, and have practiced yoga since my early 20’s. Yoga has helped me age gracefully and naturally. FeFe B, I too am 73 and have taught yoga for the past 8 years. Yoga gives me life and has incredibly improved my life. I enjoy flexibility and strength that I didn't dream I would have at this age. I'm happy that you too enjoy the many benefits of a yoga practice. Namasté.

Can I just... your standing yoga flows have saved my sanity! There is something wrong with my wrist (have made a doctor's appointment), which prohibits me from doing "normal" yoga. I found you after my boyfriend suggested I search for standing yoga and I am hooked! You are amazing, bless your heart and keep doing the things! Love from South Africa ♡

Thank you, I have wanted to do yoga at home but have been putting it off as my floor as is always dusty and hairy from so many animals at country living home. Finally, I just looked up standing yoga so as not to touch the floor.. And there you were. Perfect length for busy bees like me. You are much appreciated. And your gentle tone is lovely. Just right!

I love these standing yoga videos. I've wanted to get into a regular yoga routine for ages, but the motivation to get out my mat and get down on the floor is hard to come by, and causes a lot of pain in my knees and wrists, so these have been great!

This practice was a balance of relaxing and energizing! I appreciate your guidance around foot placement throughout the standing postures, especially because I've noticed that in longer standing practices, my ankles often hurt! So this was lovely.

Watched you for the first time today and I love the standing yoga. I’m often traveling and sometimes don’t have access to my yoga mat. Not having to lay down and yet still get a good practice in is fabulous. Looking forward to more of these !!

Whenever i push myself.a little harder to do multiple chaturanga s I injure my shoulder sockets. Standing poses are therefor great in transition times until I heal. This sequence was just awesome for me. Calm yet energising. Thank you so much 💓

This was my favorite so far! I really enjoy standing yoga and feel confident while practicing (sitting is harder for me because I’m not as flexible). I like a standing yoga flow when I practice outside. Sometimes the ground is not great for seated poses. I like your well organized flow and options within the flow. Thank you.

This was absolutely wonderful. I’m getting back into yoga after a knee injury so I can’t do a lot of the ground work. This was perfect to give me a good stretch and a good workout! I broke a sweat, which I did not expect. I feel great after this. Thank you so much. I would love to see more standing practices because I have a feeling I’m going to be doing this same one over and over! 🙏🏽

This sequence helps my posture so much. People compliment the way I walk. Also, i noticed that my body is more toned than it used to be. And I feel more graceful in my everyday life. 👍🌻

Like your standing sessions. I’m not good at bending all the way with hands touching the ground. Reach as far as I can. You have very calming voice which I like with yoga.
