Yes, this one was fun! Great one to do when travelling without a yoga mat. I always love the seated twists to loosen my tight outer hips. Loved it!!!

I'm always looking for hands free flow as I have an arm injury which means I can't comfortably do down dog and chataranga. Thank for this! Would love a 30 min and 40 option too!
