20 minute ab workout using a dumbbell for added resistance to build core strength at home! We'll be focusing on the entire core - transverse abdominals (inner abdominal wall), rectus abdominals (anterior abdominal wall) and obliques! Move slowly through this ab workout as that will produce the best results! All you will want is a set of dumbbells and a comfortable mat.

Hi Coach Tessa ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 3 minutes and completely gave up in circuit 1 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully with the dumbbells like you! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated
