Taking our time in this 20 minutes upper body strength workout. If you want to target your arms, shoulders, chest and back then you're going to enjoy this upper body workout. Today we are taking the SUPERSET approach, so get ready to feel the challenge BUT we will be moving at a slower pace so feel free to take your time!
This upper body workout is perfect for cycle syncing during your menstrual or luteal phase. I've taken into account the specific needs of your body during this time, ensuring a workout that provides support and comfort while still delivering a powerful strength-building experience.
So grab your weights, set up your mat, and let's get started on sculpting those arms, chest, shoulders, and back muscles! You'll love the empowering atmosphere as you sweat it out and push yourself to new heights.
