I absolutely loved "if you don't have the strength today" becuase strength and ability does change day to day based on so many factors so its really good to give yourself grace and only do what you actually have the strength for today

I've done your beginner's classes 3 times a week now for 4 weeks and I'm definitely seeing and feeling the progress. Its such a great feeling to feel your core get stronger and your posture improving

this has been perfect for my "time of month' days. it's not too much but just the right amount of everything to still feel a burn!🙌🏾

That was intense as a beginner. As you say, the moves are very minimalistic but just having to remember all the minut details of tying your muscles is taxing. A practice that leaves you tired and relaxed 😌

Second day in a row and I love the burn it gives with these minimal like movements. This is definitely a treasure for someone trying to get their body back without going straight into their normal workout routines burning them out.

I just did this and I’m feeling it, hopefully the more I work at this the better I get. You really have to use your stomach muscles and breathe.

Amazing video! I love how I can focus on each part of my body while I work out! Much more difficult than what I have imagined! My mom and I did this workout together and it was fun!
