For me personally it works fine with the links I get by email each day and the playlist, no need necessarily for labeling the days, which I assume makes the viddeos more appealing also to folks who did not sign up for the challenge, and for future yogis on KZbin. Thanks Tim!

Thanks so much for the class! I'm probably an unconventional yoga practitioner - i practice at night. I used to wake up every night and lay awake for an hour or more trying to get back to sleep, then one time i decided to get up and instead of staring at the ceiling to do a yoga class, and it worked wonders - after the class i fell asleep straight away. So now it's my routine to do yoga in the middle of the night when i can't sleep. 😊

As Greater Yin slowly recedes and we begin to gently welcome in the light…appreciated the slow and expansive breathing, and all the twisting. Day 7 ✅ i loved this. I had back pain sitting so straight for so long but i imagined the blue light relieving the pain and it was nearly gone by the end. I will definitely follow your advice to get up earlier and meditate first thing.

Hey, there's a playlist for the challenge that lists the videos chronologically. You can save that playlist and easily return to it every day to see which video is the newest and which ones you've already played.
