I stuck with 5s all the way through. Did okay, the next heaviest I have are 8s, that wouldn’t have worked for me. I have to do the bench dips with my hands facing east west as I have a bit of damage to the tendon matrix in my shoulders. The bench dips were the hardest for me.

I'm glad I bough some dumbbells right before all of this, they are all gone now in the supermarkets. I'm gonna follow these excersices from home along with the pull-up bar and dip bars in the park near my house. These along with following a carnivore diet I will come out stronger and fitter out of this damned quarantine. Great channel btw!!! Cheers from Mexico

great arm pump with this one. 1st round used 17.5#, 15# & 12.5#, and then for 2nd round used 15#, 15#, 12.5#. really solid 12/10/21

Great 4 part-workout man.I just wanted to ask if it would be better to use different weights for the different parts of the body. Because i saw the dumbbell change in 18:16. Or,let's say, use same weights but do reps until failure(or less reps), depending on the sustain of the body part.

Really depends what weights people have available at home! If limited you can ramp up the reps, especially for certain body parts like legs! If you have heavier weights, of course you will be able to go heavier with the like of leg and back exercises than you would with the likes of biceps or shoulders! Feel free to be creative depending on what equipment you have 👌

I started to do your workouts and this ones "thrive in 25" series has been really helpful. I wanted to ask, can I do heavier weight in the first 10-15 reps and go down on weight on the 20 reps of each series? Or is it better to keep the same weight throughout the whole series? I hope you can answer me

Yes absolutely you can if you have the weights available! Go a little heavier on the less reps , lighter on the higher reps to really push yourself 👌

Glad you enjoyed Scott. Absolutely. Im going lighter here in the video for demo purposes but even that will still give a good burn , tone muscle and burn some calories. What you can do is simply up the weight over timer each exercise in the workout. Combined with a good diet no reason at all you shouldnt pack on some good lean muscle

Em you could do two in one day if you wish seeing as they are separate body parts. I guess it all depends on what weight you're using and how you're feeling. But nothing wrong with that if you're full of energy and looking to hit another workout 💪

Hey Richard. From memory I think these were only 6 or 8 Kg in the vid. You don't need to go crazy heavy. Start lower and beauty is you can always up the weight over time to make it harder as you progress
