I'm a Muslim, and we r not forced to eat non veg, but milk we drink milk and eggs for protein. I've seen Subha's video of Pcod, and it helped me so much not talking on religion, but the things u tell my religion told me also, but I've never taken it seriously, but thank you so much for helping and a question can we drink Almond milk?

आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों के लिए नाश्ते में चाय के साथ रोजगार की चिंता, दोपहर में रोटी आलू या चावल दाल, शाम को डिनर में पत्नी के ताने, बच्चों की चिंता और मन मार के 2 रोटी। विटामिन में- मानसिक तनाव, गाली, गुस्सा। मिनरल- खराब क्वालिटी का पानी जिसमे बैक्टीरिया, वायरस और डेंगू हैजा के रोगाणु हों। फल- प्रारब्ध और वर्तमान कर्मफल।😑🤐

बिटिया आपने बहुत अच्छा बताया। मैं गांव में रहता हूं। मैं 45 वर्ष का हू। पहले मैं बहुत काम करता। और मेरी खुराक इतनी ज्यादा थी। आप की खुराक के हिसाब से 15 दिन का 1 दिन में खा सकता हूं। इससे मेरा वजन बहुत बढ़ गया। मेरा वजन 103 किलो हो गया। मैं 4 दिन से आप का प्लान अपना रहा हूं। यह बहुत जल्दी असर करता है। मुझे भी विश्वास हो गया है । यह काम कर रहा है

@@khangulfam852 stop eating non vegetarian food . Start doing yoga. Search for fituber 30 min yoga workout and do it religiously for months.. and follow the above diet. Avoid junk food and spicy food.

Hey Subha, Hope your doing good. I'm very fond of your channel and the practical tips you're spreading that helped lots of people. I have a request for you and your team for making a video on how to care ears. As these days we use earphones a lot whether for lectures, meetings and for webseries. I have facing problem because of the same. As after continuing use of earphones these days my left ear is getting wired continue sound and also paining little bit and that's why I'm scared and what to take care of it in satvik style ( not want to get into alopathy) Please help if you can

It really helped me. Story begins from 2014(75 kg, 5feet 4 inches). I was very much worried about my health. I started physical activities and little cut on food... this helped to come to 64-67 kg. But I wanted more decrease in weight. One day in 2020 lockdown, around July 2020, I saw this video. I cut dairy products (not fully but yes far less than earlier) and meat(fully)... replaced with live foods. Timing of taking meals made scientific/natural. Today I am 57-58 kg and far more satisfied with the change. Thanks for this video.

This is authentic. This is why my grandfather gets angry when he sees someone eating frozen or stored food. He always suggests to eat fresh food. Mantra is indeed to eat 'living food'.

Prakruti ke naam pe thokam thok logic laga ke , khatarnak nuskhe de rahi hai. Brown rice are full of deadly arsenic. There are 100s of other dangers in other different foods. I have given example of brown rice.
