I appreciate your work and information you are providing and helping millions of people to get solution of many health problems. But i would like to tell you that Dal with Chawal is must for us.....because this is we eat we have been eating since birth and there has been no any problem with it such as acidity and gas......we can't avoid dal with rice as that is not practical with most of average and below average people of our country.....also dal chawal sabji is like favourite food and complete budget food for maximum people in India.......I am sure maximum number of people will agree with my point....,.....and there is no any other doubt that you guys @satvic movement are doing great work 🙏🙏🙏

Dal chawal ,if mixed with nimbu and ghee, aids in digestion. It has been prescribed in Ayurveda, in maharashtra and most south states , this combination is served in all auspicious functions.

Absolutely! Dal and rice together is one of the few ways vegetarians get complete protein. If digestion is a problem, moong dal soaked in water for a few hours and cooked with ginger should take care of it. These days, people advocate avoiding everything instead of retraining your body slowly and gently using Ayurvedic principles to improve the body’s ability to digest.

1. Don't drink water while eating. Drink water 1 hour before and 2 hour after eating. 2.Don' t mix two grain together. For example: Rice and dal, Rajma and rice. 3. Don't eat fruit and grain together. For example: Apple and rice.

Is that Pantoprazole 40? I have been taking it for 15 years because of kidney disease ( a totally different situation- you have to take it to prevent ulcers from the many other medications I have to take). But, it is well known that proton pump inhibitors have so many negative side effects and can negatively affect the absorption of nutrients in your food. Do seek advice from a specialist to wean off it if possible.

I appreciate your effort mam. One suggestion . Kindly give a diet based on individual doshas. I took more vegtables than grain after seeing your video.i am suffering from indigestion because my body is vatta type. Pls don't ignore this comment. Kindly consider and suggest good diet plan based on doshas. I am waiting. Thanku🙏🙏

Because these people may be right but cooked food is easy to digest and if something is easy to digest and definitely nutrition quantity for the body will be good

Yes according to rutuja proper assimilation is 3:2:1.i.e if you take 3 spoons of rice.you have to take only 2 spoons of dal and 1 spoon of veggies for proper digestion.i too have reflux issue.if i consume more of vegetables i get acidity issues .so am following her method and am ok
