It seems as if Caroline always knows exactly what I need!! My upper body (as well as lower body) was feelin very tired since yesterday and I dont think I could maintain good form if this were a weighted workout. My boyfriend and I love your workouts. Working from home has been great, but it cut our relationship with our HIIT gym membership and incentive. We know we need to try harder at our age. Another amazing workout with it's add-on is smashed today.Throughout history, there were some people, who due to their actions were given the title Great. In ancient Greece was Alexander the Great, in France was Napoleon the Great. in Russia was Catherine the Great e.t.c. I think, Caroline, you are Great too. For all these people you are helping in this community, for your hard work and your dedication. I think some people are gifted. Just finished this bodyweight leg workout. While I love all the weight workouts- I found this workout so beneficial in different ways. I relaxed completely and just breathed into the movement- it was just as taxing- but I felt like I was in a ballet class-loved it. Thank you.

Hurt like hell but went and did 20 mins of Bulgarian lunges as add😱😱 I had to have a serious chat with myself when I saw that one😂😂 it was tough but I bloody did it and loved it .. except hops and jumps. I know tomorrow I will feel the effects of this workout and I've not even completed it yet! Loved the Calisthenics series & mind muscle connection was what I focused on and it was amazing! I'd recommend the Caroline Calisthenics to all beginners looking to start strength training so they can get the form correct before picking up weights. Even though there are no weights, it still burns! :)

Last year I could finish the 1 hour bodyweight leg workout without problems. I was much stronger. For personal reasons, I stopped everything, I did not have the motivation nor the discipline. Now, I really want my strenght back! Barely finished this but I will keep going!

Wow, Caroline, this is awesome! I really want to thank you for all that you have done for my fitness and body image... I used to workout for aesthetics and to burn calories. I also thought any workout shorter than an hour did'nt count! And I only did no repeat workouts... Boy, was I wrong... Thanks to you I now workout to get stronger and healthier and I am fitter then I ever been! And I love repeating excercises and weight training now! I also really love this series. Can I just say…..the curtesy lunge to stand was NO joke! Wow! I felt it. I hope everyone enjoyed this workout. I must say, these 20 minutes pack a punch! Idk why I thought these would be easy. I feel just as tired as I do when I work out for an hour with Caroline. 🤪
