I’m glad it’s lower body today as I had my covid booster yesterday and my arm is quite sore today! I’m really looking forward to this...perhaps the last full lower body session of the year...I always so much enjoy doing circuits! Love the red and white theme and the beautiful roses today! Another workout closer to Christmas!!! I just finished the workout. Since the last workout I 've taken my workouts to a different level. As my heaviest dumbels (bottles) are 10 Kg each and there are no money to buy heavier, I filled a backpack that I have with a pair of 3 kgs and wore it during the whole workout, both today and yesterday. So I raised the overall weight by 6 kilos this technique. And I must say that it was a challenge!!! Thanks Caroline for the motivation and everyone may have a great day!!!

Hi Matthew! So good to hear that you crushed this workout ... and that your arm is ok! My whole family in Austria already got the covid19 booster and they're ok. Aches and pains in the arm but no other side effects. My husband and I will get our booster in January. 💉🙂 I took a sneak peak into today's workout and I'm sure your legs got a good hammering! I revisited E III, day 7, lower body complexes and did 20 min lower body calisthenics as burn out straight afterwards! My new favourite add-on workout! 👌🏻🔥 Happy Tuesday! This is my second round of doing the Caroline's 24 days Christmas workout. I really enjoyed this! The 20-minute hard, dreadful...lol workouts really fit into my schedule allowing me no excuses. Wow! I loved this so much! The slow controlled pace of these moves seems easier at first but after a set or two your body realizes that it’s a lot of work keeping i yourself slow and controlled! The finisher was a true finisher as well! Thanks for the quickie! Good luck everyone and good job!

This short workout was just what I needed. I've been working very hard lately on transcribing audio files and not had a lot of time to work out but when I do I make sure that it's very effective. Yes!! More circuits!!👏🏻🥰 I always love leg day..especially when it's done😆! This one was great!! My legs were exhausted by the end!! Those half reps really burned them out along with really focusing on minimizing any momentum! The finisher was brutally AWESOME!🥵🤩! What a great leg day! I definitely will be revisiting this one as well in the future. I did 20 min of the Calisthenics leg day for my add-on!🥴😵 I remember why my legs died the first time we did that one! Such a killer workout 🔥! Amazing start to my day. Thanks Caroline! Only a few more workouts left in our calendar. This has been so much fun. I love the controlled movements, they actually are harder to do than speed ones. By the end my legs were so shaky but I hold on to the pace no matter and it felt amazing, training an endurance there as well. Thank you dear Caroline!💎💎💎💎💎

Lower body circuit day hitting all the major muscles, quads, glutes and hamstrings. Caroline has an amazing ability to design workouts, no matter what length, to encourage maximum strength. This was a circuit of weights and bodyweight only work and by golly those bodyweight only exercises are as hard, if not harder than the weighted exercises!! 🥴. Brilliant, just brilliant. With the abs add on to finish. Super advent gift today thank you 👍✅💯😁

This little goodie certainly packed a punch...all in 20 short minutes. Wasn't feeling up to it today after 3 12 and half hour shifts on the run , but surprising how once you get your gear on and start to warm up, you get in the zone. Was nice to revisit the epic heat warm up too. With engaging abs, a good 45 minute session complete. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yes it was full throttle with those legs. Loved it from start to finish. Kinda felt aaahhhh it's over😂😂 time flew by, took my time to get extra depth and by the 3rd round legs were shaking. Just finished with the workout…Caroline like you I loved this one & my legs feel pretty pumped in an awesome way!! Another workout to re-visit for sure…used 10kgs all the way & the aim of the game being “No Momentum” made it so much more challenging!! Slow & controlled = more tension + burn 🔥 Thank you, happy Tuesday 🌟

Wow that's impressive! I have 4 kids and I'm pretty sure if I was giving birth in 3 weeks I'd mostly be eating and sleeping every chance I had. 😂 Your body will definitely thank you afterwards! Congrats and enjoy the whole process... children are such a blessing.

This was pretty challenging - it felt like I hadn't held my sevens in such a long time, and come to think of it, I dont think I've worked with them for about a month now, so the struggle makes more sense :) Thanks for a solid workout, Caroline!

Hi Caroline, hi everyone! I used 10x2 kg during this workout. Slow and controlled it worked super well till the finisher. That put me off 😨😨😨 took a little break and then I did the 45 min unilateral leg day. One of my favorite. See you tomorrow ❄️ ☀️ 🎄☃️

I liked the raised static lunge as it improves flexibility. I used 11 Kg and 18Kg for this session, then the addon and an hour's bike ride in the UK's miserable weather. I came back colder than when I left!!

Fast and effective! Definitely a repeater. I think these short workouts are really good for exploring going heavier if that’s what you want to do. I swapped in barbell for the RDLs as I just think my form is better using it vs DBs. Add-on abs was great too. You can always talk me into a DB ab workout that has dead bugs in it. Gorgeous roses today! I love all the flower arrangements but those really grabbed my attention today. Til tomorrow!

🦵💥👌🦵💥👌🦵💥👌🤩 Leeeeeeeeg day, 😁 and all my favs in a circuit, time flew, and hardly any rest this workout gets the HR up and the blood pumping, 👌🥵 I enjoy using the yoga block for a little added stretch, and I definitely felt my hammies in the RDLs and lunges today. Those half rep B/W squats were good 👊💥 Finisher was fab, 🤩
