I do this workout a couple times a month and it never gets easier. This is by far one of the most effective leg workouts ever

I just finished and I currently want to cry. I am starting to find out that Caroline’s workouts often leave me feeling that way or even in the midst of it. You know, the type of “I can’t take this anymore” type of cry. Half way through I had to think about my life 😂. I didn’t think I could finish it…but I did. Praise God. Now I’m going to go lay on my bed and softly cry as I figure out how I’m going to make it through the rest of the day as it’s only 5:18am and I still have to work.

Third time coming back to this video. Thought after I finished the Beastmode series I’d be so much more fit I’d knock this out easy. At 70% I saw god. At 80% the room began to spin and at 90% and 99% I thought I might legitimately pass out and crumple on the floor. 10/10 got be the most hardcore workout in the catalogue.

OMG, my legs were burning!!! I started doing this routine before going to sleep and I have to go to bed now. I did 25 minutes, but woman I won't give up. I could only do 25 mins of this! My legs never felt this way throughout Epic 1 and half of Iron. They wouldn't budge anymore, what a workout! Hope to complete this some day 🦵

Amazing as usual. This one's my go-to for days when I'm a little stressed and/or can't physically complete some of the other workouts in Epic 3 but want to get a bit of a leg day in. It still gives a crazy burn and a challenge while helping me to connect with my body. I don't know what it is but something about this particular workout does it for me. I feel so strong afterward. I love how Caroline gives everyone options to help them listen to their individual bodies. If for some reason we can't complete the given exercises of the day, we have a multitude of other options to choose from due to her generosity and creativity. It's been a blessing. I love how everyone here is so positive and kind, too. What a great environment. We all come from different backgrounds/cultures/countries and have different bodies/life experiences/goals/stories but we can all inspire each other. Amazing! xoxo

I really enjoyed doing the BeastMode series like many others...but now I’m so much looking forward to doing calisthenics! I love bodyweight moves...never to be underestimated! Always challenging but lots of fun too! Thus series will be fantastic and so useful to those who don’t have access to weights...like those on holiday! Thank you so much, Caroline! I hope you kept training! Motherhood is hard, as is fatherhood, weight gain in the furst few years for both parents is crazy, I speak from experience. I am a former bodybuilder, martail artist , father and husband. After having my kids , training became harder , as time wad tight and being home was more important. Then having easier foods to eat around the house for the kids, time lines between work , kids , cleaning and cooking got super insane, so snacking became my regular, sane with my wife, less and less time in the gym , less sleep, and quickly i lost my size and build, I didn't get fat, I got skinny and My wife got heavy. I did get back, which was much harder then I had told myself it would be. Drive wasn't the same, time wasn't the same , and energy just wasn't there , so it tool time , and I also bought home equipment to avoid driving and be abke to make my workouts closer and easier to get to. Bodyweight is tough, for awhile, but your still young and after 6 months to a year, you'll be training to keep what you have rather then gain anything. Despite popular belief, you won't become manly lol, in fact women be one much more curvy and built as a woman should be, muscke building is about hormones and eating, so if you don't take male hormones or eat to get big, you won't, you'll get stronger , and the muscke will build around your hips , legs , and glutes, where a man builds more around his chest and arms , and legs tighten and become muscked but lean, of course I'm speaking natural bodybuilding. The only reason I said something to you is because I watched my wife struggle even more then me. My goals were fat higher then hers , but just to return to base after years of not training and living the parent life, it was extremely hard for her to get back, so I always encourage young moms to jump to it while your still young and years don't pile up making your journey back so hard. Now I didn't care if my wife ever went back, she is akways beautiful to me, the mother of my babies , my anchor to the world, but I know SHE cared, and seeing her struggle made me understand how hard women can have it after sacrificing themselves to give life to the world, so I akways want to let women know they are more then abke to get back, and quite easy if they do it soon, and aren't looking to be bodybuilders , 20 minutes 3 times a week and you can look the same way you did at 20 forever!

Soo here's a storytime nobody asked for: Back during EPIC II I used to do Caroline's leg workouts (45 to more than 50 minutes long sometimes) with 20kg dumbbells (not that much, but that's all I had at home). Recently I've moved abroad with my family and don't have access to any sort of equipment. But when I tell you this workout is KILLER I mean it. I don't rememebr my legs ever hurting so much. Some serious gains are coming! Bless you Caroline!!!

I was so excited and that workout didn't let me down! Wow, what a burner! My legs were on fire. For me the most demanding trisets were lunge to RDL, kneel to squat and the finisher- squats on toes! My legs were shaking. I really love the whole point Caroline wants to highlight this week- if you are doing quality reps with mind to muscle connection and you are really taking advantage of the depth, you will feel the burn and you will also be able to lift more when you pick up those dumbbells again. Finished with 20 min bulgarian workout which I absolutelly love and for me was the perfect way to finish. I know you will enjoy this week!

Im two weeks post c-section (feeling great and doing body weight for lower body, and 1/2 my usual for upper body, and also power walking) and rocked this workout! What a challenging workout! I have Lupus and have arthritis & nerve pain to go with it, so I look for low impact cardio. This is great! Cardio & sculpting at the same time. I did slow controlled movements and not as many reps. I will have to build up to this. The curtsey lunges are the hardest for me. Not sure why. I bailed on those after the first set but picked up afterward. My legs couldn't go anymore. Also, only got through the first part of the finisher. Feel like I ran a 5-mile race. Love her videos! They keep me changing! 💪 ❤

Is it just me or did anyone else already have to take a wee break 2 minutes in? Oh my! Don't think for a minute that without weights, this one is going to be easy. WHOA! What a workout! I just can't get over it! I don't have access to dumbells right now and this workout was exacly what I needed. I had no idea that bodyweight workout could be such a killer! Yey!!! Calisthenics!!! 😍 A Fave. It's going to be a SUPER FUN Week!! First, Leg Day. I know it'll be Intense even if no dumbbells on hand🔥. We've GOT this! 😆👊 Btw Cool & Elegant Intro and Logo! Brilliant Leg workout!! Every triset felt the Burn, from the start to the finisher. 10sec. into the sesh Sweating already. Quads fatigued, that legs wobbled at the Finisher. Enjoyed today's workout!🤩 Thanks Caroline! ❤️

All you amazing people that do the options add-on! Kudos!! My legs were shaking during the finisher that i kept losing my balance and i usually have good balance. I often try new workout videos on KZbin and have done so for the past 4 year. I think this video and the others uploaded are some of the best. I ll continue to mix and match for variety but I will definitely be including Caroline’s videos in my weekly training from now one

I wanted to quit at 46% because I slept 4 hours this night, and after a day at work, I was soooo tired but I saw funny exercices so I stayed and I did the whole workout. I’m a 13 year old girl that was looking for healthy habits and I stumbled across Carolina. I only got through 14 minutes of the video without completely collapsing on the floor and this is my first time doing this! I’ve been looking for ways to build visible muscle and I think this just might work! I play archery, basketball, and soccer; if anyone would like to leave some helpful tips on this comment, I would be forever grateful!

I'd advise you to start with Iron series as they seem more balanced than Calisthenics. 30 minutes long, pretty challenging yet surprisingly easy to keep up - it's the first program that inspired me to work out consistently. Maybe go for a couple of rounds - I started to notice visible changes after 2 months. Good luck with your gains! :)

Love this workout! I usually train with heavy weights but after I minor knee injury I decided to lay of the weights for a while and I have to say this is kicking my ass! Especially the holds are no joke! Thank you for sharing!

100% agree, Ria. What a brilliant week of training ahead! I am surprised that so many are underestimating the power of calisthenics. This workout was very hard, my legs were shaking and the burn was real. Different feeling than last two weeks with heavy weights. Absolutelly fantastic day, finished with 20 bulgarian split squat workout and my legs are done! Enjoy!

I never ever underestimated bodyweight exercises because I know they really hurts.... A lot 🥵 Edit: Done ✅, The bulgarian lunges sets killed me! I paused a lot, the finisher makes my legs shake I'm wheezing 😂😂😂 did the wall sit challenge too... My abs still sore from those beast mode hiit. I can't walk the next day I swear 😂🥵

I've been weight lifting in the gym for 4 months... That doesn't prepare you for this BEAST of a workout... Had to take a couple of breaks and my heartbeat was through the roof 😍
