There are a few factors in relieving sciatica pain quickly. One plan I found which succeeds in merging these is the Fergs Pain Ease (check it out on google) it's the most incredible plan that I have ever heard of. Check out all the great info .

I have issues with my hips and I definitely felt this stretch. It was hard but felt really good. Intentional relaxation is not easy for me so I really find your instruction helpful for this. Thanks for these videos, they have been so helpful for me! Highly recommend your videos to anyone looking for at home Yoga.

This was great for my hips. Just found out I have arthritis in my right hip. The PA did let me know yoga will help strengthen the muscles around the joint. Will keep up with my yoga practice to avoid replacement surgery.😉 Namaste
