There are a few factors in relieving sciatica pain quickly. One plan I found which succeeds in merging these is the Fergs Pain Ease (check it out on google) it's the most incredible plan that I have ever heard of. Check out all the great info .

Thank you! I loved what you said at the end “Whenever life feels chaotic it’s a sign we need to ground down. We practice yoga on the mat so we can apply it in our lives off the mat” Research shows that the daily practice of yoga helps to calm our nervous system throughout the day. I have issues with my hips and I definitely felt this stretch. It was hard but felt really good. Intentional relaxation is not easy for me so I really find your instruction helpful for this. Thanks for these videos, they have been so helpful for me! Highly recommend your videos to anyone looking for at home Yoga.

Until I started yoga 11 months ago. Now I can ALWAYS count on your stretch combos thru your Videos to get the release of years of stored unneeded emotional energy&pain. The way that body chavasunna felt once our poses were up was incredible. Like a sudden wave shooting through your body up to your shoulders. Thank you for an amazing practice.

This was great! A lot of videos I feel rush through poses and this one took enough time on each pose to really feel amazing! I did a 6 mile hike in the snow yesterday and needed this session! 🙏

Love this, especially not having to have your head hanging down it doesn’t feel good for me . Great for stretching out .will be doing this again

This was great for my hips. Just found out I have arthritis in my right hip. The PA did let me know yoga will help strengthen the muscles around the joint. Will keep up with my yoga practice to avoid replacement surgery.😉 Namaste

Good morning Sarah! I saw the notification come up this morning as I was about to start my workout! Did it right after the workout! Loved the super long holds! Hips, quads, glutes feel so good!
