I really needed the talk about showing up today. my parents have been sick recently and I've been taking care of them while stressing about Christmas presents and finances and habe neglected my practice. my hips and hamstrings resent me for it and your encouragement really made me feel so much better so than you and Namaste

Thanks ever so much Sarah Beth, we (husband and I) practice with you every morning since June 1 this Corona year, and we full agree with 'your mantra' (that you used to say after previous sessions), "...remember, your daily practice is your strongest practice". What a change it has been! I used to practice twice a week for an hour but due to the pandemi had to stop and found you. Nothing bad that doesn't bring something good - Namaste

Thankyou! I really appreciate your mantras and talks. After a hectic school term I've neglected exercise over the past few weeks and when I saw the notification that there was a new video up I made myself time. To hear that I 'showed up today" was exactly the reinforcement I needed to be more positive heading into the rest of the week.

Hi Sara Beth! @SarahBethYoga, I overdid it yesterday and have VERY Painful Knees today and all throughout last night, so tried this today to start with as I have awful pain in my back as well with spinal stenosis, spinal issues, fibromyalgia along with other health issues. I'm 59 and LORD Willing will be 60 in October and I wish I could say I am as active and happy as I wished/hoped to be as a Grammaw. I've recently took myself off of all meds, in order to save any further damage to my liver, if there is any but did not quit my 1/2 blood pressure med. Anyways......I did this today and the 1st attempt with hands clasped behind my back bending fwd, I fell right over, haha........I laugh only because I'm sure it looked funny and I didn't get hurt. I started the video all over again and tried once again. Thank you for this yoga stretching practice. ***What I would love, is for yoga exercise for fibromyalgia and also yoga stretching only for an extended time, at the least, 30 mins on the stretching part and at the least 15 mins on the yoga exercise? Please and Thank you! Peace, Love and Hugs ✌🏼♥️🤗

Hey Sarah I practice your videos faithfully but following your detox vinyasa flow I pulled a muscle in my lower back quite painfully. I think I pushed myself too far with chair pose and extended side angle perhaps. Anyway I am always mindful of when you say to practice very gently and to not push too hard looks like I did that to myself and I ended up taking a few days away from my practice. But I love your videos they really help me mind and body.
