Same like there are other really good yoga channels and instructors but it's nice how Sara just gives the cues needed and that's it. Really makes it more personal

I love how the poses don't feel rushed so it really stretches the sore muscles after 6 days of intense workout.

My favorite part was when you said "You are exactly where you need to be." I've always struggled with twist poses, and they don't seem to help me all that much, but it was helpful to me when you said that it takes time to get relax into the pose, and then I was not even close to how you looked in the pose, but you told me that it was okay. I was exactly where I needed to be for my body. Thank you for the loving energy in this video!!

This is sooo good. I'm sharing it with friends and adding it to my favorites. I love that it goes at a relaxed enough pace that I can experiment with movement in the longer held poses.

Really needed to hear “You’re exactly where you need to be.” I just hit 5 months postpartum with my second and I’ve been really hard on myself about body. Even though I’m down almost 80lbs since the beginning of my pregnancy, I’ve been working my body hard and needed a good stretch. Thank you. ❤️

5 months pp was the hardest time for me after both of my pregnancies and it ws around then that I started seeing a therapist for PPA/PPD. Go easy on yourself. You're still very much postpartum right now. Media makes us think that we should "bounce back" in every way in a matter of weeks but no girl, give yourself time & plenty of grace.

So much about this I enjoyed: 1. Not rushed giving my muscles a chance release 2: You do not over talk, conversation just enough on what to expect, and than allow the silence to work. See you tomorrow for another session.

2024 and still doin these. Yoga is the best and hardest for flexibility but all the muscles loosen up and you’ll feel amazing after a few days of working out. Great for recovery/rest days.

I have been trying various yoga videos for the past few weeks. This is a very good video because of the clear verbal instructions. Many yoga videos just have music and no commentary - how am I supposed to see when the instructor is changing position if my eyes are closed or my head is facing the mat or the other side of the room? I also like that the stretches are not rushed - just what I need first thing in the morning. Thank you.

I had done this routine a couple of times before, but this morning I came back to it desperate for some upper back, neck, shoulders relief. I’ve been trying to recover from a minor injury to my trap muscle but today it felt like my cervical was way out of whack. This routine did miracles today and I feel like I can move my head again. Didn't think this would actually work cuz I felt really tense for one of the longer held poses but, by the end of it, my sore muscles were much better!! I'm astonished. I'll definitely be using this video more often!

Perfect after my first day back at work after being out sick for a week. My legs and feet were so achy and they feel SOOO much better now! Favorite part was legs up the wall and of course when you say "You are exactly where you need to be." Yes, this was very enjoyable since I often wake up with stiffness. The only thing that would be helpful, is that if we are going to need any props later in the class, that you might mention it, Sarah Beth, in the beginning, or at the start of the video. I returned to this practice today for some welcome self care. I needed to uncrumple after whelping puppies and caring for mother and puppies during their first critical hours together. It feels good to get my energy flowing again ☺️ Thank you SB 🙏
