I didn't have a roller when this was released, but I have one now and I came back to learn how to use it today! THIS WAS SO GOOD. Thank you Sydney for helping us learn not just strength training but also MAINTENANCE of healthy muscles.

I needed this soooo bad today! I’ve been using my foam roller all throughout this month but I love learning new moves and ways to hit the spots! Please don’t let your foam roller collect dust! It’s like giving yourself a deep tissue massage, a little pain but sooo much relief after! 💪🏾💛

The foam roller stretch gets me every time. It hurts (the good kind of pain) while rolling off the stiffness of your muscles and tissue. Great relaxed feeling afterwards.

Hey Sydney! First comment on KZbin ever! I was wondering if we could make our warm ups a little longer. I love your stretches and would love to hold the poses longer to get the most of them. If not, I’d love to see a Yin Yang deep stretch on one of the Sundays. Thank you for your videos. They are changing my life and your sweet and encouraging personality is what has kept me here all of these months. This is my third challenge with you and I have no plan on stopping. 💜

Sydney please foam rolling! It's the best for recovery. I also use my foam roller instead of the bench for chest press and arm flies ( I lie down along the foam roller). It slightly activates my core while I work my arms.
