I didn't have a roller when this was released, but I have one now and I came back to learn how to use it today! THIS WAS SO GOOD. Thank you Sydney for helping us learn not just strength training but also MAINTENANCE of healthy muscles.

The foam roller stretch gets me every time. It hurts (the good kind of pain) while rolling off the stiffness of your muscles and tissue. Great relaxed feeling afterwards.

If not, I’d love to see a Yin Yang deep stretch on one of the Sundays. Thank you for your videos. Sydney please foam rolling! It's the best for recovery. I also use my foam roller instead of the bench for chest press and arm flies ( I lie down along the foam roller). It slightly activates my core while I work my arms.
