Just finished today’s stretch and I walk down the aisle in 4 hours! I haven’t missed a day of Summertime Fine 3.0 yet! Sydney, you’re amazing, thank you for getting me ready for my wedding along with yours, my fiancé also thanks you 😉❤️ happy Fourth of July everyone! 🎆🎇😍

same :/ if you have apple fitness, their hiit classes are really good replacements on strength days you don't want to do! or even another KZbin fitness trainer who has a bigger emphasis on cardio workouts. I appreciate Sydney's emphasis in strength workouts (you can tell she's not super pumped on cardio days lol but she tries & I love it!). I guess it just depends on the trainer's speciality.

For STF 3.0, it’s a carefully curated program! This month was intended to be strength only. Month 3 of STF will have more cardio. It’s important to know she’s doing this for a reason! No other trainer compares in my opinion

AMAZING stretch Syd! After a 10 hour car ride yesterday I did yesterday’s workout and today’s stretch and I feel soooo much better. These stretches are KEY! ❤️❤️

Ahhhhh bliss!!! Love the stretch where we are on our stomachs and reach our leg backwards over our back to the opposite side. I usually get a nice back crack out of it :)

Thank you for this stretch. I’ll definitely need it next week from our workouts, driving back to see my girlfriend and helping her with her recovery, and working on Continuing Education where I sit for a long period of time.
