same :/ if you have apple fitness, their hiit classes are really good replacements on strength days you don't want to do! or even another KZbin fitness trainer who has a bigger emphasis on cardio workouts. I appreciate Sydney's emphasis in strength workouts (you can tell she's not super pumped on cardio days lol but she tries & I love it!). I guess it just depends on the trainer's speciality.

For STF 3.0, it’s a carefully curated program! This month was intended to be strength only. Month 3 of STF will have more cardio. It’s important to know she’s doing this for a reason! No other trainer compares in my opinion
